He deconstructed the frame, that was installed improperly installed, replaced the glass, then reconstructed the frame so that it was installed properly. He was clean, friendly, fast, affordable, and a nice person. Hopefully I will not break anymore glass, but if I do, I will contact Superior without hesitation."
